Misir Carsisi-Spice Bazaar

Spices at the Spice Bazaar

The Spice bazaar, known in Turkish as the Misir Carsisi has every spice you can imagine compete for your attention. It is a kaleidoscope of color and smell.

And on the shelves overhead are jars of nutmeg, cloves, pale cardamom seeds and the red and whites raisins used in desserts
