The exhibit was organized by Fiber Artists of San Antonio for members and non-members to showcase their work.
I attended the opening reception last night and I was in awe of all the beautiful, creative pieces in the show and happy to meet some of the artists and visit with old friends.
It was a fun evening well worth the hour and a half drive from Austin, I definitely came home full of inspiration.. Here are some photos of the exhibit before my battery died and I couldn't take any more.
The exhibit will run from October 13 to November 5. The gallery is located at 2009 NW Military Hwy. in
San Antonio, TX. 787213

I love your piece. I didn't know you were working weaving into your quilting. Beautiful use of color as always.
